We ship your order via the DHL eCommerce or other comparable logistics with tracking number provided. Delivery usually take 8-15 working days depending on your country and customs clearance.
If you have not received your order within allowed duration, please contact us and will assist you.
Our goal is to help you and your family have a good aromatherapy solutions and that includes ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. Although our diffusers selling have good QC check, however It is unpreventable that faulty units exist. If, for any reason, you received any faulty unit, Please contact us as soon as you received it . We will arrange pickup from your side after any faulty product received less than 2 weeks.We provide 3 months warranty for products selling. If your received product has issues within the warranty period, please contact us to claim its warranty. Product has to be returned to us with a note indicating order number. We need 3-5 days usually to inspect and check returned item. We will exchange the unit for you item if it is repairable. Please be noted improper use or maintenance of product ( such as water or oil leaked into the electric part ) will void your product warranty.
