Do I need to register an account to shop?

It is not mandatory to register. You can add product into the shopping cart and check out straightly. We will retain your contact details, which can be retrieved when you login on your next visit ( reset password here). Please note that due to security reasons, we will not retain your card details.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit card, Paypal, Bank transfer and PayNow.

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment we ship to the following countries: Asia, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and United States

What are the delivery charges for orders?

We have free local delivery on orders in Singapore and charges will apply for overseas orders

How long will delivery take?

Your order usually will be shipped next working day after placed and delivered in 1-3 days to local address. Overseas orders may vary depending on your country and usually takes 10-15 days

How do I use a promotion code?

To use a coupon code, please follow these steps:

  1. Add product into the cart
  2. Proceed to shopping cart
  3. Enter your Coupon Code at the box indicating ‘Coupon Code’ and click ‘apply coupon’ button
  4. Will reveal the final amount with your coupon discount applied.
What exactly happens after ordering?

We will verify your payment once your order is placed. Once it’s confirmed, we will process it and ship it next working day. As soon as your order has been sent out, we will send an email to let you know.

Do I receive a receipt for my order?

Yes. You will be issued a receipt from us by email automatically after payment.

An item is missing from my order?

If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please get in touch with Customer Service. Let us know the order number and the product code or product name of the item you wanted, and we will look into it.

What do I do if I have an incorrect item in my order?

If you have received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact Customer Service straight away, and let us know your order number and product code/product name if you want a refund or replacement.

How should I do if I receive a faulty product?

Our products selling have good QC check, however there are still very few faulty products. Please contact us as soon as you found received item has any issue ( email address: .We will pay for the returning postage and exchange for you if it is tested to be faulty.

Is there any warranty for my product purchased?

Yes. We provide 3 months warranty for products selling less than $50 and 6 months warranty for products selling above S$50. We will pay for returning postage if item received has issues less than 1 week ( for local customers only). Customer has to bear the returning cost if item has any issue later than that.
