DIRECTIONS:
It can be directly inhaled or diffused. It can be very calming when added to your bath using ¼ cup of Epsom salt, 1 oz. milk, and 3-5 drops of the synergy.
Dilute it with a carrier oil at a 2-3% and rub on the temples, back of neck and feet at night to promote a good night’s rest.
