DIRECTIONS:
Diffuse equal amounts of Lemon and Peppermint in the morning or whenever you need an extra boost. To use for cleaning, add a few drops to your favorite cleaner to help refresh and sanitize. It is especially good added to some baking soda to make your bathroom or kitchen appliances sparkle!
Eucalyptus Radiata can be used in the same way as Eucalyptus Globulus and can be combined together for ultimate benefits. Diffuse into the air to help support easier breathing. Adding a couple of drops to an inhaler can help as an afternoon “pick-me-up.”
Add Tea Tree to a spray bottle of white vinegar or distilled water to combat mustiness in a warm, steamy bathroom. Dilute Tea Tree in witch hazel and dab with a Q-tip directly on teenage blemishes. Diffusing Tea Tree during times of seasonal illness can promote healthier air quality in the home.
Diffuse Lavender essential oil for 30-60 minutes before bedtime to help create a relaxing atmosphere for unwinding and getting ready to sleep. Lavender blends well with many other essential oils, including Bergamot, Neroli, Patchouli, Rose Absolute and Sandalwood, making it a wonderful addition to lotions, body wash, bath salts, bath bombs and diffuser blends.
Orange Sweet is most commonly known for its wonderful uplifting and calming scent. It just feels like a “happy” oil! When diffused, it can help with nervous tension, sadness, and can also improve the aroma of a stale room. It can also help support normal function of the immune system.
Peppermint can be diluted in carrier oil and applied to the temples and back of the neck when having head and neck tension. Add, well-diluted, to a carrier oil for an uplifting massage. It is also helpful to sniff when having a queasy stomach. Also useful at the end of a long day as a foot-soak, add a few drops to ½ cup of epsom salt dissolved in warm water.
