If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt (from the date you received your product).
Please email us at [email protected] ; include order number, a detailed description of problem and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.
Product(s) will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded, whichever is preferred. International customers will be refunded.

We provide 90 days warranty for diffusers while 180 days for nebulizers.
Our goal is to help you and your family have a good aromatherapy solutions and that includes ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. Although our diffusers selling have good QC check, however It is unpreventable that faulty units exist. If, for any reason, you received any faulty unit, Please contact us as soon as you received it . We will arrange pickup from your side after any faulty product received less than 2 weeks. If your received product has issues within the warranty period but more than 2 weeks, please contact us to claim its warranty. Product has to be returned to us with a note indicating order number by customer. We need 3-5 days usually to inspect and check returned item. We will exchange the unit for you item if it is repairable. Please be noted improper use or maintenance of product ( such as water or oil leaked into the electric part ) will void your product warranty.
