Tried it

Tried for few nights, but it seems not function on my girl yet although I diffuse 30mind before we enter room. Will continue to try it.

Good quality Essential Oil

Soothing and calming. I would let it diffuse in the children's room an hour before they enter

I'll start diffusing 10 to 20 minutes before we enter my children's bedroom in the evening. We like the scent.
After the daily routine of reading 2 to 3 books, my children will lie down, calm and fall asleep on their own, usually quickly.
