DIRECTIONS
Aromatic – Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical – Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier.
For a great spot treatment when discomfort occurs, mix together 5 drops each of Lavender Flower CO2 and Helichrysum Italicum, 8 drops of Kunzea, and 2 ounces of Tamanu Carrier Oil. Apply to the areas of concern for soothing relief.
