Good product but customer service lacking

The product works great and I will not go back to the normal diffuser any more but I would say that customer customer service is lacking ..... asked point blank questions on how to clean, and do and don’t but customer service was selective in response ..... product 5 ⭐️ . customer service 0 ⭐️

Nebulizer works fine for Essential Oils, little high in audio disturbance on highest settings, The USB reference is false advertising as it only has a 12 volt DC entry plug supplied by the provided 220V AC adapter, not even an adapter supplied for USB plugs. The delicate glass components were well packed. Time will be the true test as to how long it lasts.
